Overnight Oatmeal Breakfast

5 Delicious and nutritious breakfast oatmeal recipes for all tastes ,

oatmeal is delicious! You can use oatmeal or steel cut oats. No need to spend time in the kitchen cooking oats in the morning to spend a healthy breakfast to make! By soak overnight, soften the oats and are willing to be out of the glass, eaten directly, when they are cold or simply put the glass go in the microwave for one minute on a hot breakfast like.

I like flaxseed powder and chia seeds add my oatmeal, to make it a highly nutritious and energetic breakfast that fills me up for lunch.

Some of these recipes use pudding mix for additional flavor and sweetener. If you prefer that out to leave, only use your favorite sweetener. I like maple syrup, honey, agave syrup, coconut palm sugar.
I also like vanilla or almond extracts extra flavor add to my breakfast. Oh, think of extracts .... what mint and chocolate oatmeal? All we need is a few drops of mint extract and a few chocolate chips or cocoa powder! I'll have to try and let everyone know.

You can play these recipes to your taste and adjust. The amount of ingredients that I use to fill the jars to the top almost, so remember more glasses to use when you plan your recipes on adding more quality.

You can use pint jar with arrow or wide mouth also different types of glasses, such as half. The glasses below are the ones I want to use.




Raspberry white chocolate cheesecake overnight oats

components

1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon of flaxseed powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon cheese flavor pudding mix
1 tbsp white chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular milk
3 or 4 freeze-dried, frozen or fresh raspberries
is 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar or sweetener of choice (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts, add before (optional)

half a pint mason jar, add the dry ingredients first but miss the chopped walnuts and then add berries and milk. Close the lid, turn the glass upside down so that the dry ingredients into the wet fall ingredients.and it very long giving shake. Put in refrigerator right side overnight.
In the morning eat cold or in the microwave on high for 1 minute. In nuts and mix well. Have fun! My husband on the other hand requires that I add the sweetener to his.

I like my oatmeal stout, but if you prefer to be your soupy, a little more milk before or Add after.



Blueberry Almond overnight oats

components

1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon of flaxseed powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 heaping tablespoon of fresh blueberries
extract 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular milk
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond ( optional)
1/2 to 1 tablespoon of coconut palm sugar or sweetener of choice (optional)
1 tablespoon add chopped or sliced ​​almonds before serving

apple pie overnight oats

components

pumpkin pie overnight oats

components

1 to 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie mix from a can (or pumpkin puree and 1/2 t pumpkin spice mix)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tablespoon chopped pecans

Directions

If you do not have the pumpkin pie mix in a can, you can make the spice itself and add the pumpkin puree.

1 tablespoon banana flavored pudding mix
